LET IT BE KNOWN !!!!!
That the State of Texas has been and will continue to be a state that has engaged in the perpetuation of present day slavery; through the conspiratorial use of the judicial and penal systems keeping slavery alive and well and prosperous for those that runs this system.
The plantations and concentration camps that operate under the guise of “correctional facilities” carry the governmental department name of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and the particular arm that oversees the camps and plantations is the Correctional Institutional Division. This monstrosity spans the entire state and comprises of over one hundred facilities and is involved in the contractual arrangements with other facilities that operate as private prisons and houses over 160,000 slaves (termed by the government as “offenders”). The number of prisons in the State of Texas dwarfs the number of prisons on some continents. That is outrageous and ridiculous.
The State of Texas has acts as a criminal in its own accord by taking full advantage of the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution and insuring that its slave operations continue to prosper as they did prior to the Civil War of 1861 by focusing upon going to any extent to get a conviction of individuals that otherwise should not be convicted or are convicted of a crime greater than that which has actually took place. This relentless and ruthless effort results in an almost limitless supply of slaves being herded into the prison system in light of the dictates of the 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution (NOTE: the 13th Amendment did not absolutely abolish slavery, it just limited it to certain circumstances.). Judges, prosecuting attorneys, criminal defense attorneys and law enforcement are inextricably entwined in action and intent in the facilitation of this madness that is destroying the lives of human beings at a phenomenal rate.
The death row count in the State of Texas continues to lead the world having a disproportionate number of minorities sentenced to death and numerous individuals being murdered by the state based on dubious and outright false information. Numerous convictions in the State of Texas takes place based on lies by the alleged victims as well as manufactured evidence created by law enforcement and investigators. It is not uncommon for defendants to be “conned” by detectives into giving an incriminating and false statement against themselves, or simply just having one beat out of them. Whatever the means necessary, law enforcement in Texas will do what it takes to do their part in the process of eventually adding one more slave to the system. The criminal tactics and strategies used by law enforcement are numerous and when they are ever revealed to the public they are written of as the ramblings of a person that will say anything to get out of being held responsible for answering a crime.
It should not be misunderstood; those that commit crimes should be held responsible. However, more emphasis should be placed on why people commit certain crimes and a more sincere effort should made to address these issues and establish a solution. Far too long people have fed into this “Don’t Mess With Texas” hype and allowed this system into bullying them into submission. So,
LET IT BE KNOWN!!! That we are here to bring the atrocities that take place within the State of Texas through the prison and court systems to the light and hold those responsible for their crimes against humanity and endeavor to continue to perpetuate slavery. Read More…!!!
